Concordia Career:
2018:
USTFCCCA All-Academic … NSIC All-Academic … competed in 13 meets for the Golden Bears as a multi-event athlete … tallied 10 top-5 finishes on the season … finished fifth in the decathlon at the NSIC Outdoor Championships as he set a PR with 6472 points, taking home first in both the high jump and the 1500m in the competition … also scored in the high jump and the 4x400m relay in the NSIC Outdoor Championships with a height of 6’5.5” and 5th place and a time of 3:22.24 and 6th place, respectively … helped the 4x400m relay team win at the MSU Spring Winter Invitational with a time of 3:36.34 while also setting a personal best with a third place finish and a time 15.91 in the 110m hurdles at the meet … took home seventh in the heptathlon at the NSIC Indoor Championships with a PR of 4816 points, finishing sixth or better in five of seven events … also scored in the high jump as he cleared 6’5” to take seventh … finished third in the heptathlon at both the Chuck Peterson Open & Multi (Dec. 1) and the MSU Open & Multi (Jan. 26-27) … set a PR of 57.03 seconds in the 400m hurdles at the Meet of the UnSaintly (May 4-5) while also taking third in the high jump with a height of 6’4” at the meet.

2017: Competed as a high jumper and long sprinter for the Bears … jumped at two indoor meets for the Bears, including the NSIC Conference Championships with a height of 2.03m or 6’8” … ran the 400 at three meets running his fastest time of the year at the SDSU DII Invite with a time of 51.33 … also ran the 600 for the Bears with a season best time of 1:25.67 at the Snowshoe Open which was good for eighth place ... jumped at two outdoor meets for the Bears, with a season best of 1.85m at the Holst Invitational which was good for sixth place overall … made one appearance running the 800 at the 2017 MIAA vs NSIC Showdown running a time of 2:02.75 … also ran the 400 for the Bears, running his best time of the year at the Hamline Invite with a time of 51.09 which resulted in a seventh place finish.

2016: NSIC All-Academic … Competed in the 100M, 400M, 1500M dashes and 110 hurdles along with numerous field events … an outstanding high jumper finishing in the Top-5 in his first five meets … posted a season-best jump of 2.00M (6ft, 6.75in) at the MSU-Chuck Peterson Open on Dec. 5 and at the Minnesota Open on Jan. 16 placing third at both meets … Improved upon the third place finishes by placing first of 13 jumpers at the UST Invite on Jan. 22 clearing the bar at 1.80 meters (5ft, 10.75in) … finished sixth of 19 in the high jump at the NSIC Indoor Conference Championships on Feb. 26 – Feb. 27 clearing the bar at 1.98 meters (6ft, 6in) … started competing in multiple events during the spring season posting all of his best times at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Meet on May 13 – May 14 … ran 11.83 in 100M dash, 52.02 in the 400M dash, 4:45.03 in the 1500M dash and 16.69 in the 110 hurdles … he placed fifth of 17 runners in the 1500M dash at the event … posted best pole vault height clearing 3.35M (10ft, 11.75in) at the 2016 MIAA vs. NSIC Showdown on Apr. 7 – Apr. 9 … participated in the long job in both Indoor and Outdoor events but posted his best jump of 6.59M (21ft, 7.5in) at the Warrior Challenge on May 7 … took part in the shot put and discus recording his best throw of 10.29M (33ft, 9.25in) in the shot put at the at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Meet on May 13 – May 14 and his best discus throw of 30.66M (100ft, 7in) at the MIAA vs. NSIC Showdown on Apr. 7 – Apr. 9 … participated in the javelin throw and the decathlon, recording his best throw of 39.94M (131ft) and his best decathlon score of 5961 at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Meet on May 13 – May 14.
 
2015: All-NSIC performer in the high jump, placing third at NSIC Indoor Championships (6' 6") … also registered second place finishes four times during indoor season … personal record jump of 6' 8.25" at SDSU Indoor Classic placed second at the meet … PR was an NCAA provisional qualifying height … ranked 30th in the high jump in Division II, fourth in the Central Region and third in the NSIC … placed second his first two collegiate high jump competitions clearing a height of 2.00M (6ft, 6.75in) at the MSU Chuck Peterson Open on Dec. 6 and the Minnesota Open on Jan. 17 … placed in the Top-5 in all but two meets as a freshman … cleared the height of 1.98M (6ft, 6in) on eight occasions during his freshman campaign … competed in the 4x4 relay at the MSU Chuck Peterson Open on Dec. 6 … took first at the Holst Invitational clearing a height of 1.92M (6ft, 3.5in).

Granada-Huntley-East Chain High School:
Received 11 total letters with five in track and field, three in basketball and three in football … named All-Conference and All-State in the high jump … also named All-Conference in football and All-Conference honorable mention in basketball.

Personal:
Exercise science major and biology minor at Concordia ... intends to pursue graduate school and potentially medical school in his future ... selected for 2016 NCAA Student-Athlete Leadership Forum in Baltimore, Maryland.
