Concordia Career: 
2019: Competed in multiple long distance running events for the Golden Bears … started strong at the beginning of the season with two PRs in back to back meets, the 5000 (16:31.45) at the SDSU Invitational (1/18) and the 1000 (2:50.22) at the Schuck Open (Jan: 25-26) … tallied three more PRs in three different meets, first in the 3000 (9:36.95) at the Snowshoe Open (2/15), second in the 3000S (11:51.87) at the Tomcat Twilight (4/18), and in the 1500 with a time of 5:15.98 at the Gustavus Alternative (4/26). 

2018: Competed in four meets throughout his freshman season for the Golden Bears, compiling two top-ten performances … started the year with a seventh place finish in the 3000m (9:40.65) and a PR in the mile (4:48.75) at the Minnesota State Invitational … placed ninth in the 3000m at the Stout Open, setting a new personal best with a time of 9:37.81 … recorded a personal best in the 1000m (2:53.59) at the MSU Open & Multi … finished the year with a PR in the 5000m at The Showcase with a time of 17:11.95.

Stewartville High School: Picked up 13 letters, four in track and field, four in cross country and five in Nordic skiing for the Tigers … three-time All-Hiawatha Valley Conference in cross country while also being named All-Conference in track and field in 2015-17 … captain of the cross country team … named most improved on the cross country team in 2013 … set PRs of 17:06 in the 5k, 2:08 in the 800m, 4:50 in the mile and 10:27 in the two mile … helped the team to a section championship in 2016 and was a 2017 State True Team participant … is an Eagle Scout.
 
Personal: Planning on majoring in exercise science at Concordia and aspires to be a chiropractor.
