Track and Field:
2024: Competed in the 100m at the Emporia State Relays with a time of 12.20 seconds.

Bethel University
2023: A MIAC indoor champion ... registered a 11.58m (39' 0") triple jump and a 5.67m (18' 7.25") long jump.

Football:
Concordia Career: 
2023: Did not participate. 

Bethel University
2022: Played in two games, against St. Olaf and Augsburg ... helped the 10-3 Royals squad to a NCAA Division III playoff quarterfinal appearance ... team finished 7-1 MIAC.

2021: Did not compete.

Concordia Academy:
Earned 21 letters in high school for the Beacons, including five each in track & field, football and lifting, two in basketball and one in golf while adding five others in activities ... a two-time team MVP ... Defensive MVP and Rookie of the Year ... four-time All-Section and four-time All-Skyline Conference football performer ... three-year football captain ... All-Star football team invite ... for track & field, was named Male Athlete of the Year in 2021 ... a three-time All-Skyline Conference athlete ... two-time All-Section ... helped the Beacons to a district title in football ... a track & field team captain ... secured the following prep PRs: 19.9' long jump ... 56.66 400m ... 23.78 200m ... 11.94 100m ... 7.59 60m ... was second place in the section in track & field ... helped the basketball team to the section finals in the COVID-shortened spring 2020 season.
