Track and Field:
2024: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … competed in the 1500m, mile, 3000m, 5000m and 10,000m … placed fifth with a career-high 10,000m time of 35:06.87 at the Holst Invitational (4/20) … finished 12th at the Mark Schuck Open and Multi (1/26-27) with a personal best 3000m time of 9:47.66 … added a career-best mile time of 4:57 at the Gopher Classic (2/3) … ran a time of 16:50.5 in the 5000m at the Kip Janvrin Open (4/25-26) recording a personal best … placed sixth at the St. Thomas Opener (1/12).

2023: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence ... competed in the 1500m, mile, 3000m, 5000m and 10,000m runs ... tallied four top 10 finishes for the Golden Bears ... kicked off the season with a fifth-place finish in the 3000m at the St. Thomas Indoor Invitational (01/13) ... notched a new personal best in the 3000m at the Mark Schuck Open and Multi (01/27-28) with a time of 9:51.70 ... added a new personal best in the mile with a time of 4:58.73 at the Gopher Classic (02/04) ... recorded a personal best in the 1500m with a time of 4:38.07 at the Norse Invite (04/15) ... set a personal best in the 10,000m with a time of 36:37.51 at the Holst Invitational ... add his final person best of the season in the 5000m at the Janis Rider / Doug Bolstorff Invitational (04/27-29) with a time of 16:58.42.

2022: Competed in the 1500m, mile, 3000m, and 5000m events during his sophomore campaign ... set a personal best in the 3000m at the Snowshoe Open with a time of 10:06.45 ... set a personal best in the 5000m with a time of 17:28.92 at the Hamline Invitational ... finished the season with four top 10 finishes. 

2021: Competed in the 1500m and mile during his freshman season ... established a new personal best in the mile at the Bison Open (2/5-6) with a time of 5:01.29 ... established a new personal best in the 1500m at the Holst Invitational (4/17) with a time of 4:43.81 ... collected three top-ten finishes on the season. 

Cross Country:
2023: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … competed in five races during the season … ran a season-best time of 28:22.4 in the 8K at the Lewis Crossover (10/7) … finished 117th at the NSIC Cross Country Championships with a time of 28:52.4 (10/21).

2022: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence ... ran in all seven meets for the Golden Bears ... set a new personal best in the 5M with a time of 31:43 at the Iona Br. Paddy Doyle Meet of Champions (09/16) ... added a new personal best in the 8k at the Bob Waxlax Invitational (10/19) with a time of 28:16.3 ... capped off the season with a personal best time of 36:32.2 in the 10k at the NCAA Division II Central Region Cross Country Championships (11/19).

2021: Competed in all five of the events for the Golden Bears ... set a personal best at the Augustana Twilight Cross Country Meet in the four mile with a time of 23:44.7 ... set his personal best in the 8k at the Griak Invitational with a time of 29:12.2 ... had a season high 32nd place finish in the 8k at the Bob Waxlax Invitational with a time of 29:17.1.

2020: Did not compete due to season cancellation. 

St. Anthony Village High School: 
Ran cross-country for six years and lettered in four and also lettered in track and field one time for the Huskies … Was named MVP for his team in 2019, received All-Conference honors in back to back season (2018-2019),  was named All-Conference honorable mention in 2017 and was the team captain in 2018 and 2019 … Helped his team to win the Tri-Metro team Conference Champions in 2016 and again in 2019 … Posted a 17:20 in the 5k which is top 10 all time at St. Anthony Village High School … Ran a 4:58 in the 1600m and a 10:51 in the 3200m.
 
Personal: 
Is undecided on a major at this time at CSP … has a younger sister.
