2025: Competed in the 60m and 200m for the Golden Bears ... ran a season-fast 60m at the Gopher Classic with a time of 6.92 seconds. 

2024: Competed in the 60m, 100m, 200m and 4x400m … placed fourth in the 200m with a PR of 22.04 at the Maverick Premier (2/19) … recorded a personal best in the 60m placing sixth with a time of 6.87 seconds at the NSIC Indoor Track and Field Championship (2/23-24) … was a part of the first place 4x400m team at the Mark Schuck Open and Multi (1/26-27) … recorded second place finishes in the 60m at the St. Thomas Opener (1/12) and in the 200m at the St. Olaf Ole Opener (1/20).

2023: Competed in the 100m, 200m and 4x100m for the Golden Bears … placed 11th in the 100m with personal best time 10.89 at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship … finished first in the 100m at the Spartan Opener … finished first in 4x100m and second in 100m at the Norse Invite.

Blaine High School: Lettered in track and field for the Bengals ... received All-State honors twice, was named Northwest Suburban All-Conference three times and collected a pair of Section Championships ... was named MVP and Most Improved Sprinter ... holds a personal best time of 10.84 seconds in the 100m and 21.97 seconds in the 200m ... helped his team to a Conference Championship in 2022.

Personal: Majoring in communications studies with a minor in psychology ... has three younger sisters.
