Concordia Career
Track and Field:
2025: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence ... competed in the 3,000m, 5,000m, and 10,000m for the Golden Bears ... ran a season-fast 3,000m with a time of 9:55.59 at the Mark Schuck Open (1/26) ... ran a season-fast 5,000m with a time of 16:58.98 at teh Meet of the UnSaintly (4/30). 

2024: Competed in the 800m, 1500m, mile, 3000m and 5000m … had a PR in each event he ran in on the season … placed seventh with a career-best 1500m time of 4:25.54 at the Holst Invitational (4/20) … tallied a PR in the 3000m placing 11th with a time of 9:42.33 at the Mark Schuck Open and Multi (1/26-27) … competed in the 1500m with a personal best time of 4:24.54 at the Minnesota State Open (4/12-13) … added a personal best 800m time of 2:08.07 and a personal best mile time of 4:43.14.

Cross Country:
2024: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … ran in four races for the Golden Bears … tallied a personal best time of 26:45.9 at the NSIC Championships (10/26) … had a personal best four mile of 20:48.0 to start the season at the Augie Twilight (9/6).

2023: Competed in five races for CSP during his freshman campaign … ran a personal best time of 28:19.7 to place 111th at the NSIC Cross Country Championships (10/21) … started the season with a personal best four-mile time of 22:36.4 at the Augustana Twilight (9/1).

Tartan High School: Earned 13 varsity letters in cross country (two), soccer (three), nordic skiing (four) and track and field (four) … named All-Conference Honorable Mention in cross country … was a team captain in cross country and nordic skiing … named team MVP for nordic skiing … won conference in two nordic skiing seasons … obtained PR’s of 17:52 in the 5k and 4:44 in the mile.

Personal: Undecided on a major at CSP … older brother, Matthew, also competes for the Golden Bears in cross country and track and field … has an older sister that plays lacrosse at Hamline University. 

What made you want to join the Golden Bears?
"I heard about CSP through my mom, she works in the registrar's office and it has always caught my eye as a school I loved! It’s always been such a friendly community and staff! My older brother also goes here and runs for cross country and track and field and that made me want to be a part of the team/community as well."
