Track and Field:
2024: Competed in the 3000m at the Chuck Peterson Open (12/2) finishing fifth with a personal best time of 9:22.40 … did not compete the rest of the season.

2023: Competed at one event for the Golden Bears ... notched a fourth-place finish in the mile run with a time of 4:53.42 and a third-place finish in the 4x400 at the Ice Breaker Open and Multi (12/9-10).

2022: Competed in the 800m, 1500m, mile, 5000m, 4x400m relay, and the distance medley relay .... he set a personal best in the 5000m with a time of 15:00.04 and finished first in the distance medley relay at the Chuck Peterson Open ... broke his personal best in the distance medley relay with a time of 10:34.04 at the Mark Schuck Open ...  recorded a personal best in the mile with a time of 4:24.89  at the 2022 Bearcat Invite ... had his season best in 800m with a time of 2:00.77 at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships ... finished the season with six top 10 finishes.

2021: Competed in the 800m, 1500m, mile, 5000m, 4x400m relay, and distance medley relay during his freshman campaign ... set a new personal record in the mile at the Washburn Open with a time of 4:34.42 ... established a new personal record in the 5000m at the Bison Open with a time of 16:19.64 ...  set a new personal record in the 1500m at the River City Rumble with a time of 4:08.75 ... set a new personal record in the 800m at the Maverick Classic with a time of 1:56.02 ... collected 13 top-ten finishes on the season. 

Cross Country:
2023: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … ran in five events for the Golden Bears … set a season-best time at the NSIC Cross Country Championships with a time of 27:19.9 (10/21) to place 92nd … finished as the 52nd NSIC runner at the NCAA Central Regional (11/4) which was the seventh biggest improvement among conference runners … ran the ninth fastest 10K by a junior in school history with a time of 34:26.8.

2022: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence ... ran in four meets in the navy and gold ... collected his best finish of the season at the Bob Waxlax Invitational  (10/19) with a 30th place finish ... set a personal best time of 31:10.7 in the five mile run at the Iona Br. John "Paddy" Doyal Meet of Champions (09/16).

2021: Ran in all five of the meets for the Golden Bears in 2021 ... finished second on the team and 72nd overall at the Augie Twilight 4 mile with a time of 21:17.42 ... set a career high at the Lucian Rosa Invite 8K with a 27:04 time and 24th place finish ... led the team at the Roy Griak Invitational 8k with a time of 27:30.6 and 89th place finish ... finished 22nd at the Waxlax Invitational with a time of 27:58.5 and a 22nd place finish ... ended the season with a 49th place finish and time of 27:19.2 at the NSIC Championship.

2020: Did not compete due to season cancellation. 

Sibley East High School: 
A seven-time letter winner for the Wolverines, including four in track and field and three in cross country …  Was named MVP for his cross-country team twice, earned All-Conference honors twice in cross country and was named captain of his cross-country team his senior year … Was named MVP of his track and field team three times, was a three time captain for his track and field team, received All-Conference honors two times for track and field and won a Conference Championship and was a state qualifier for track and field … Ran a 53.80 in the 400m, ran a 2:02.98 in the 800m, ran a 4:43 in the 1600m, ran a 10:25 in the 3200m and a 17:03 in the 5K.
 
Personal: 
Plans to major in finance at CSP and wants to become a senior financial analyst at a corporation to build investments portfolio for retirement … Has four older sisters.
