2024: Competed in the 60m, 100m, 400m, 4x400m, 1000m, 1500m, 60m hurdles, 110m hurdles, high jump, pole vault, long jump, shot put, discus, javelin throw, heptathlon and decathlon … finished the season placing sixth in the decathlon with 5803 points and posting PRs in the 100m, 400m, 110m hurdles and 1500m at the NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/9-11) … finished sixth in the heptathlon at the NSIC Indoor Championships (2/23-24) … placed fourth with a career-best long jump of 6.32m at the St Olaf Opener (1/20) … posted PRs in the shot put and discus at the Meet of the UnSaintly (5/3) … tallied 11 top-10 finishes during his various events on the season.

All-Section and All-State in track and field ... finished eighth in the 300m hurdles with a time of 41.34 at the Minnesota State Championship in track and field ... was a twice an MVP for special teams in football, and a team captain in football and track and field.
