2024: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … competed in the 60m, 100m, 200m, 300m, 400m and 4x400m … took first place in the 400m with a time of 53.79 seconds at the St. Thomas Opener (2/12) … added a personal best 300m time of 38.30 seconds at the Mark Schuck Open and Multi (1/26-27) … had a personal record time of 52.46 seconds in the 400m at the Joe Sweeney Invitational (5/1) … put up another PR in the 60m of 7.37 seconds at the M City Indoor Classic … was a part of the first-place 4x400m squad at the St. Olaf Opener … tallied nine top-10 finishes during his various events on the season.

2023: Competed in the 60m, 100m, 200m, 400m, 600m, sprint medley relay and 4x400m relay … recorded personal best 60m at 7.48 at Snowshoe Open … placed first in sprint medley relay at Norse Invite with a time of 3:38.85 … recorded personal best 11.43 second 100m run at Janis Rider/Doug Bolstorff Invitational … tallied personal best 400m time of 52.72 at St Thomas Joe Sweeney Invitational … recorded a career-best time of 23.15 in the 200m at the Maverick Open … part of the eighth place 4x400m relay team at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship.

2022: Competed in the 60m, 200m, 300m, 400m, and 4x400 relay ... set a personal best in the 300m with a time of 38.43 at the Mark Schuck Open ... set a personal best in the 60m with a time of 7.54 at the Gene Glader Classic ... set a personal best in the 600m with a time of 1:29.51 at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championship ... set a personal best in the 200m with a time of 24.27 at the ESU Relays ... set a personal best in the 400m with a time of 53.52 at the Drake Alternative ...  set a personal best in the 800m with a time of 2:12.26 at the Meet of the UnSaintly. 

2021: Competed in the 60m, 200m ,400m, and 4x400m relay for the Golden Bears ... established a new personal best in the 60m at the Mel Tjeerdsma Classic with a time of 7.61 seconds ... established a new personal best in the 200m at the Bison Open with a time of 24.54 seconds ... established a new personal best in the 400m at the MSU Triangular with a time of 57.48 seconds ... collected three top-ten finishes. 

2020: Redshirted, did not compete.

DC Everest High School
Involved in football, basketball and track at DC Everest ... earned letters in football and track for the Evergreens ... was named the Track and Field MVP his freshman year ... a,part of the 4x400 team that took third place at the state championships ... named All-Conference in the 200m, 4x400 relay and the 4x200 relay for indoor and outdoor seasons ... had a PR of 11.4 seconds in the 100m, 23.13 seconds in the 200m and 51.7 seconds in the 400m.

Personal:
Undecided on a major at CSP but would like to pursue a career in law enforcement.
