2011: Played in and started one game for the Golden Bears at defensive tackle... ranked 18th on the team in tackles for loss (1)... ranked 9th on the team in sacks (1)... recorded 2 tackles, a sack against Minot State (9/3/2011).

2010: Awarded a medical redshirt, did not play ... named NSIC All-Academic. 

2009: Played in all 11 games with 10 starts at nose guard ... voted ESPN The Magazine/CoSIDA Academic All-District V Second Team ... earned NSIC All-Academic honors ... named CU Defensive Lineman of the Week in three of final five games against Minnesota State (10/10/09), at SMSU (10/17/09) and against Wayne State (10/31/09) ... registered season-highs in tackles (5) and tackles for loss (1.5) with a pair of quarterback hurries against Minnesota State ... recorded only sack of season at Upper Iowa (10/24/09) along with a pair of solo tackles ... made three assisted tackles with 0.5 for loss against Wayne State ... also made three tackles (two solo) against Winona State (9/19/09) ... had six multi-tackle performances and made a tackle in eight of 11 games ... also had a tackle for loss against Bemidji State (11/7/09). 

2008: Played in all 11 games, starting five at nose guard ... selected All-NSIC Honorable Mention ... named NSIC All-Academic ... named CU Defensive Lineman of the Week at Winona State with 1.5 tackles for loss and three tackles ... earned second CU Defensive Lineman of the Week honor at Minnesota State with four tackles, a half tackle for loss and a fumble recovery ... picked up third CU Defensive Lineman of the week nod against Upper Iowa with four tackles ... had a season-high five tackles with a half tackle for loss at Wayne State ... recorded first career sack against SMSU ... had a tackle in all but one game and ended the season with a tackle in five straight games ... had three or more tackles in five games including four straight near the end of the season. 

2007: Played in 10 games, starting four at defensive tackle ... registered 19 total tackles, 10 solo ... had three tackles for loss ... had one forced fumble and three pass breakups ... had career-high six tackles and a pass breakup against Northern State ... had four consecutive games with at least a half tackle for loss ... had eight games with at least one tackle and five multi-tackle performances.

Champlin Park High School: Earned two letters in football for the Rebels ... was named second team all-metro and Channel 12 all-area ... an all-conference selection and conference Defensive Lineman of the Year ... was all-state honorable mention … team compiled a 27-5 record during varsity career.

Personal: Born September 18, 1988 … son of Paul and Paula Colford … graduated Cum Laude with a 3.86 grade point average, majoring in criminal justice with a psychology minor ... is enrolled in graduate school in criminal justice leadership program ... career goal is to be head of corporate security ... made Dean's List in all eight undergraduate academic semesters ... named Criminal Justice Student of the Year in 2010-11.
