2011: Played in and started all 11 games at center for the Golden Bears... CU Offenisve Lineman of the Week against Wayne State (10/15/2011).

2010: An All-NSIC South Division Second Team center ... starting center in all 12 games ... named CU Offensive Lineman of the Week against Northern State ... part of offensive line unit that was named CU Offensive Linemen of the Week against Bemidji State.

El Camino Junior College: A two-time All-America First Team selection ... All-Mission Conference selection in 2008 and 2009 ... helped Warriors to Mission Conference Championship in 2008 ... a two-time All-State selection ... earned Helmet Award for Outstanding Lineman of the Year ... earned All-Academic honors and Dean’s List student.

Redondo Union High School: A High School Athlete Hall of Fame selection for the LA Chapter in 2007 ... earned All-League and All-Area honors in 2007 ... helped SeaHawks to Bay League Championship in 2007.
