Concordia Career:
2011: Played in 11 games and started 6 at right gaurd for the Golden Bears.

2010: Started 11 games and played all 12  for the Golden Bears at right tackle ... earned CU Offensive Lineman of the Week honors twice, against Winona State and at Southwest Minnesota State ... part of offensive line unit that was named CU Offensive Linemen of the Week against Bemidji State as well. 

2009: Played in 11 games, starting nine ... started eight games at left guard and one at left tackle. 

2008: Played and started all 11 games at left tackle ... named CU Offensive Lineman of the Week against MSU Moorhead.

2007: Redshirted ... named CU Scout Defensive Player of the Week at Bemidji State ... also a member of the 2008 NSIC Tournament Champion CU baseball team.

Duluth Central High School: Lettered four times in football, baseball and hockey for the Trojans ... named All-State as a senior ... a two-time All-Area and All-Conference selection ... also earned All-Area and All-Conference honors in baseball twice ... was named the 2006-07 Duluth News Tribune Player of the Year in baseball ... Duluth Central retired his jersey in hockey ... also on student council, key club, concert band and junior rotary.

Personal: Born September 25, 1988 ... son of police officers, the Late Dennin Bauers and Anne Peterson … has a brother, Bryan (20) … majored in criminal justice with a sociology minor ... accepted into graduate school in criminal justice and leadership program, beginning in Fall 2011 semester ... planning a career in law enforcement at either the local, state or federal level ... his cousin, Jason Bauers, played defense for the Hamline University hockey team.
