2022: Competed in the weight throw, hammer throw, discus, and shot put ... set a personal best in the weight throw with a distance of 16.26m (53' 4.25") ... finished second-place in the discus at the Minnesota State Open ... finished second-place in both the discus and hammer throw at the WPU Statesmen Invite ... was runner-up at the Holst Invitational in discus ... finished first in discus and second in the hammer throw at the Drake Alternative ... finished champion in the discus and runner-up in the hammer throw at the Meet of the UnSaintly ... claimed the 2022 NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship with a school record 49.40m (162' 1") throw in discus ... finished 13th in the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championship in discus. 

2021: Named to both the Winter and Spring NSIC All-Academic Teams ... competed in the weight throw, discus, and hammer throw for the Golden Bears ... set a new personal best in the hammer throw at the Maverick Classic (5/7) with a distance of 48.24m ... collected two first-place finishes and 10 top-three finishes on the season.

2020: Named to the NSIC All-Academic Winter and Spring teams .... Participated in the weight throw, discus throw and the shot put ... Threw a personal best in the weighted throw with a throw of 16.17m (53'0.75") at the SDSU Holiday Invite & Multi (12/6-7) ... Placed ninth in the discus throw  with a throw of 41.14m (135'0") at the SDSU Holiday Invite & Multi (12/6-7) ... Placed eighth in the weighted throw at the Minnesota Open (1/11) with a throw of 14.67m (48'1.75") ... Had a ninth place finish in the shot put with a throw of 11.30m (37'1") at the Minnesota Open (1/11).

2019: Was named to the NSIC All-Academic spring team …competed in the shot put, discus, weight and hammer throw for the Golden Bears … tallied 24 top-ten finishes for the season … posted a personal best in the weight throw with a distance of 15.62m at the 2019 NSIC Track and Field Indoor Championship … recorded a PR at the Gustavus Alternative (4/26) in the hammer throw with a mark of 43.13m … set a PR at the 2019 NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (May 10-11) in the shot put with a throw of 12.76m ... broke the CSP discus record at the 2019 NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship with a throw of 47.70m, earning her a second place finish.

2018: Broke the CSP Outdoor Discus record with a 137’2” toss at the MIAA vs. NSIC Showdown on April 5^th, which was good for an eighth place finish … tallied a total of 13 top-ten finishes during the year … started the Indoor season with a sixth place performance in the Shot Put (11.69m) at the Chuck Petersen Open & Multi … set a personal record in the Weight Throw (12.37m) at The Showcase at St. Thomas on February 9^th … took home a pair of fifth place finishes at the Parent’s Day Invitational, with a 10.70m throw in the Shot Put and a 12.16m mark in the Weight Throw … set a personal best in the Shot Put at the Drake Alternative at Gustavus with a 12.13m mark that was good for a third place finish … finished fifth in the Discus (37.39m) and eighth in the Shot Put (11.93m) at the Meet of the UnSaintly.

Eastview High School: Lettered in track and field four times for the Lightning, as well as lettering three times in basketball … ranks second in school history in both the shot put and the discus ... South Suburban Champion in the discus and shot put and awarded all-conference honors in the discuss …placed 9th at State her senior season ... has PRs of 41’0" in the shot put and 128’6" in the discus … named Most Valuable Thrower for Eastview in the 2016-17 seasons ... served as student manager of the wrestling and girls’ basketball teams.
 
Personal: Majored in elementary education (K-6) and social studies (5-8), currently in the Educational Leadership master's program at CSP ... aspires to become a teacher in Minnesota … her brother ran cross country at St. Scholastica.
