Track and Field:
2022: Competed in the 600m, 800m, 4x400 relay, 4x800 relay, and 1600 sprint medley relay ... set a personal best in the 600m with a time of 1:45.60 at the SDSU D2 Open ... finished third-place in the 1600 sprint medley relay at the ESU Relays ... finished first-place in the 4x400 relay at the St. Thomas Tom Cat Invitational ... finished first-place in the 800m with a time of 2:24.01 at the Maverick Open ... set a person best in the 800m with a time of 2:23.29 at the 2022 NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship,   

2021: Competed in the 400m, 600m, 800m, 1000m, and mile for the Golden Bears ... set a personal best in the mile at the Chuck Peterson Dual (3/23) with a time of 6:23.19 ... set a personal best in the 1000m at the Bison Open (2/5-6) with a time of 3:52.81 ... set a personal best in the 400m at the Tommie Twilight (5/5) with a time of 1:05.75 ... named to both the Winter and Spring NSIC All-Academic Teams of Excellence.

2020: Competed in the 600m, 800m, and relays during her freshman campaign ... collected seven top-ten finishes across her 11 races ... kicked of the indoor season with a personal record at the Minnesota Open (Jan 11) in the 600, placing third with a time of 1:48.86 ... ran her best time in the 800m at the SDSU Invitational (Jan 24) with a time of 2:30.43 ... was apart of the DMR team to take second at the Mark Schuck Open (Jan 31 - Feb 1) with a time of 12:53.14.

Cross Country:
2021:  NSIC Fall All-academic honors ... ran in all six events for the Golden Bears during her senior season ... ran a 21:13.5 in the 5k at the Augie Twilight Cross Country Meet ... finished with a season high 48th place in the 6k at the Bob Waxlax Invitational ... capped off her cross country career with a personal best in the 6k with a time of 25:42.1 at the NCAA Division II Central Regional.

2020: Did not compete due to season cancellation. 

2019: Participated in the 5K and the 6K in her freshman season with the Golden Bear cross-country team ... posted a personal best in the 5K with a time of 20:59.4 at the Augustana Twilight XC Meet (9/6) ... recorded a personal best time of 28:10 in the 6K at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/28). 

Wausau West High School: An eight-time letter winner for the Warriors, including four in cross country and four in track and field … a two-time all-conference selection in cross country … a captain and state qualifier in track and field … All-State honors in track and field in the 4x400m … qualified for state three times in the 4x800m and 4x400m … posted PR’s of 28.72 in the 200m, 1:03.18 in the 400m, 2:30.62 in the 800m, 5:42.13 in the 1600m, and 12:08.51 in the 3200m … also involved in band and the nordic ski team.
 
Personal: Looking to major in business management and international business with minors in marketing and political science … plans to pursue an MBA after graduating … grandfather played football at Vermillion community college while her mother was on the dance team at UW-Lacrosse.
