Track and Field:
2022: Did not compete ... took a redshirt. 

2021: Competed in the 1500m for the Golden Bears as a freshman ... set a personal best in the 1500m at the River City Rumble (4/24) with a time of 5:59.78.

Cross Country:
2021: Competed in five events for the Golden Bears ... finished with a time of 25:33.4 in the 5k at the Augie Twilight Cross Country Meet ... finished with a season high 64th place in the 6k at the Bob Waxlax Invitational ... set a season high in the 6k with a time of 29:44.0 at the NSIC 2021 Cross Country Championship.

2020: Did not compete due to season cancellation. 

St. Louis Park High School: A five-time letter winner for the Orioles, including two in cross country, one in track and field and one in Nordic ski … Was named All-Conference for the Orioles … Ran a 2:44.26 in the 800m, a 6:27:63 in the 1600 and a 23:02.10 in the 5K. 
 
Personal: Plans to major in Psychology at CSP … Has an older brother.
