2023: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … competed in the weight throw, disc throw and hammer throw … placed sixth with a personal best weight throw at the Twin Ports Invite at 13.59m (44’ 7”) … collected a personal best hammer throw at the Norse Invite at 38.97m … notched a personal best disc throw at 29.71m (97’ 6”).

2022: Competed in the 60m, 200m, 400m, 60m hurdles, 100m hurdles, 400m hurdles, shot put, long jump, high jump, and pentathlon ... set  a personal best in the 60m with a time of 8.60 and finished second in the high jump at the Gene Glader Classic ... set a personal best in the 60m hurdles with a time of 10.60 at the NSIC & Friends Indoor Challenge ... set a personal best in the pentathlon with a score of 2430 at the NSIC Indoor Track and Field Championships ... finished second in the 400m hurdles and set a personal best in the 400m with a time 1:07.09 at the Drake Alternative ... finished first and set a personal best in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:09.39 at the Meet of the UnSaintly. 

2021: Competed in the 200m, 800m, 400m hurdles, 4x100m relay, 4x400m relay, long jump, high jump, shot put, and javelin throw during her freshman campaign ... established two personal bests at the Maverick Spring Invite (4/2-3) with a time of 28.99 in the 200m and a distance of 4.88m in the long jump ... set two personal records at the South Dakota Challenge (4/9-10) with a time of 2:48.21 in the 800m and a height of 1.40m in the high jump ... set a new personal best in the javelin throw at the Holst Invitational (4/17) with a distance of 13.97m ... set a new personal best in the 400m hurdles at the NSIC Outdoor Challenge (5/1) with a time of 1:10.49.
