2024: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … competed in the shot put, hammer throw and weight throw… placed third in the weight throw time with a distance of 14.82m (48’ 7.5”) at the Gene Glader Classic (2/17) … tallied off the indoor season with a PR of 15.55m (51’ 0.25”) placing 15th at the NSIC Indoor Track and Field Championship (2/23-24) … finished the season with a career-best hammer throw of 46.02m (151’ 0”) placing 11th at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championship (5/9-11) … tallied seven top-10 finishes on the season.

2023: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … competed in the weight throw, shot put, disc throw, hammer throw and javelin throw … threw a personal best hammer throw at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship with a distance of 43.56m (142’ 11”) … collected a personal best shot put with a throw of 9.96m (32’ 8.25”) … tallied seven top-10 finishes.

2022: Competed in the weight throw and shot put for the Golden Bears ... established a season high in the weight throw with a distance of 12.47m (40' 11") at the Minnesota Open ... set a personal best in the shot put with a distance of 9.96m (32' 8.25") at the NSIC & Friends Indoor Challenge ... collected five top-10 finishes. 

2021: Competed in the weight throw, shot put, discus, hammer throw, and javelin ... established a new personal best in the weight throw at the MSU Triangular  with a distance of 12.68m ... set a new personal best in the hammer throw at the Holst Invitational  with a distance of 31.90m ... set a personal best in the shot put at the NSIC Outdoor Challenge with a throw of 9.43m ... established a new personal best in the javelin at the Tommie Twilight  with a throw of 27.54m ... set a new personal best in the discus throw at the Tommie Twilight (5/5) with a distance of 30.28m.

Kerkhoven Murdock High School: A six-time letter winner for the Saints including three in track and field, two in basketball and one letter in volleyball … Was named captain of the track and field team twice … Has won team awards in both volleyball and basketball … Was named All-Conference for shot put in 2019 … Threw a 31’4” in the shot put and a 87’6” in the discus throw. 
 
Personal: Is planning on majoring in English Education and minoring in both Lutheran Theology and Coaching at CSP, she has goals to run a Lutheran school in the future … has two older sisters.
