Track and Field:
2021:
Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence in the winter and spring ... competed in the 800m ,1000m, mile, 4x400m relay, and distance medley relay for CSP ... set a new personal best in the 1000m at the Chuck Peterson Dual (1/23) with a time of 2:44.64 ... set a new personal best in the 800m at the Washburn Open (1/29) with a time of 2:03.47 ... collected four top-ten finishes on the season. 

2020: Competed in multiple distance races during his freshman campaign ... set a personal record in the one mile at the Ted Nelson Classic with a time of 4:38.19 ... recorded a PR in the 3000 at the NSIC Indoor Championships with a time of 9:14.14 ... was a part of the 4x400 team that took 9th place at the NSIC Indoor Challenge (Feb 15) with a time of 3:40.42. 

Cross Country: 
2020:
Did not compete due to season cancellation. 

2019: Competed in all six races for the Golden Bears in his freshman campaign ... ran the 9th fastest 4-mile in school history with a time of 21:19.21 at the Augie Twilight (9/6) ... finished 18th with a 7k time of 25:33 at the Bulldog Invitational (9/15) ... finished 118th with an 8k time of 28:13.3 at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/28) ... set a new season best 8k time of 27:15.4 at the Trent Smith Invitational (10/11) ... finished 44th with an 8k time of 27:33.76 at the NSIC Championships (10/26) ... ran the 5th fastest race by a CSP first year runner in school history with a 10k time of 33:40.2 at the NCAA Central Region Championships (11/9).

DC Everest High School: 
Lettered in cross country four times, swimming three times, and track and field four times for the Evergreens ... earned All-Wisconsin Valley Conference three times in cross country ... named MVP of the cross country team three times and captain of the cross country team once ... qualified for state four times in cross country ... qualified for state in swimming ... named captain of the swim team two times ... named Rookie of the Year in swimming ... qualified for state one time in track and field ... earned All-Conference Honorable Mention honors two times in the 1600m and the 3200m ... set PRs of 55.85 in the 400m, 2:04.3 in the 800m, 4:31.8 in the 1600m, and 9:52.8 in the 3200m.
