Track and Field:
2021: Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence in the winter and the spring ... competed in the 1500m, mile, 300m, and 300m steeplechase for the Golden Bears ... set a new personal record in the mile at the NSIC Indoor Championships (2/26-27) with a time of 4:29.13 ... set a new personal record in the 3000m steeplechase at the NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/13-15) with a time of 9:58.63 ... collected seven top-ten finishes throughout the season. 

2020: Named to the NSIC All-Academic winter team ... competed in multiple indoor distance races for CSP ... collected six top-ten finishes throughout the season ... took first place at the Minnesota Cold Classic (Feb 21) in the 3000 with a time of 9:00.65 ... set a personal record in the one mile at the Minnesota State Invitational (Jan 19) with a time of 4:30.05 to place sixth ... ran a PR time in the 1000 at the NSIC Indoor Challenge with a time of 2:43.83 for 12th place ... was apart of the DMR team that won the NSIC Indoor Challenge (10:18.07) and took fourth place at the NSIC Indoor Championships (10:17.84).

2019: Was named to the NSIC All-Academic spring team … competed as a distance runner for the Golden Bears … compiling seven top-ten finishes throughout the season … started the season strong, posted a personal best in three different events including the mile (4:34.28) at the Mark Schuck Open (Jan: 25-26), in the 5000 (15:32.81) at the St. Thomas Showcase (2/08), and in the 3000 (8:55.71) at the Snowshoe Open (2/15) ... recorded a personal best in the 3000S at the Minnesota Men’s Twilight (4/01)  finishing in third with a time of 10:00.59. 

2018: Competed as a distance runner for the Golden Bears, compiling nine top-ten finishes throughout the season … started the season with a fifth place finish in the 3000m (9:30.73) and a PR in the mile (4:34.46) at the Minnesota State Invitational on January 12^th … combined with Tyler Anderson, Eli Grubbs, and Caleb Troe for a third place finish in the Distance Medley Relay at the MSU Multi & Open with a time of 10:45.30 … tallied a second place finish in the 3000m (9:09.31) at the Snowshoe Open, which was also a PR … recorded top-five finishes in the 5000m at the Central College Dutch Invitational (16:09.71), the MIAA v NSIC Showdown (15:55.34), and the Dubuque Invitational (16:04.49) … set a PR in the 1500m at the Drake Alternative with a time of 4:08.87, which was good for seventh place finish.  

Cross Country:
2020: Did not compete due to season cancellation. 

2019: Earned NSIC Fall All-Academic Honors ... ran in all six races for the Golden Bears ... ran the 2nd fastest 4-mile in school history with a time of 20:43.31 at the Augustana Twilight Meet (9/7) ... finished 10th with a 7k time of 24:56 at the Bulldog Invitational (9/15) ... finished 59th with an 8k time of 27:16.2 at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/28) ... set a season best 8k time of 26:52.6 at the Trent Smith Invitational (10/11) ... finished 39th at the NSIC Championships (10/26) with an 8k time of 27:25.9 ... ran the 10th fastest 10k in school history with a time of 32:58.2 at the NCAA Central Region Championships (11/9).

2018: Was named to the NSIC Fall All-Academic team …ran in all six races for the Golden Bears … finished 40th out of 121 competitors and ran his personal best time of 25:53.1 in the 8K during the NSIC Championships (11/3).

2017: Competed in all six meets for the Golden Bears … ran a 17:39 in the Crown College Invite (9/1), finishing 31^st out of 91 participants … ran a season-best 8k time at the NSIC Championship (10/21) finishing in 26:52.7, the sixth lowest time on the team.

Century High School: Lettered 12 times, four in cross country, four in track and field and four in Nordic skiing … earned All-Big 9 Conference and Academic All-State honors in 2016 … was named All-Conference honorable mention in 2014 and 15 … selected as team captain in 2016 … participated in the state meet in 2014 and 2015 … set PRs of 16:40 in the 5k, 2:06 in the 800m, 4:44 in the 1600m and 10:20 in the 3200m … was a member of the jazz band.
 
Personal: Planning on majoring in DCE/Pre-Seminary and minoring in Spanish at Concordia.
