2022: Competed in the 600m, 60m hurdles, 100m hurdles, high jump, long jump, javelin throw, and shot put for the Golden Bears ... set a personal bests in the 600m with a time of 2:05.35 and 60m hurdles with a time of 9.70 at the NSIC & Friends Indoor Challenge ... set a personal best in the 100m hurdles with a time of 15.95 at the Minnesota Open ... set a personal best in the shot put with a distance of 11.15m (36' 7") at the Holst Invitational. 

2021: Competed in the 100m hurdles, high jump, javelin throw, heptathlon, long jump, and 4x400m relay for the Golden Bears ... set a personal best in both the 100m hurdles and high jump at the Maverick Spring Invite (4/2-3) ... won the high jump at the Maverick Spring Invite (4/2-3) with a mark of 1.60m ... recorded a new personal best in the heptathlon at the South Dakota Challenge (4/9-10) with 3606 points ... set a new personal best in the javelin throw at the Holst Invitational (4/17) with a mark of 31.05m ... collected five top-five finishes on the season. 

2020: Competed in the high jump, weight throw, and sprints for the Golden Bears ... started the indoor season with PR performances at the SDSU Holiday Invite & Multi (Dec 6-7), running the 60m in 8.56 seconds and the 200m in 28.00 seconds ... earned three top-ten finishes in the high jump and set a PR at the Minnesota Open (Jan 11) after clearing 4'11.75" where she placed eighth ... set a PR in the weight throw with a toss of 10.75m at the Ted Nelson Classic (Feb 8).

DeLaSalle High School: Earned six varsity letters for the Islanders, four in track and field and two in tennis. . . was a three-time All-Conference winner. . . participated in the state tournament in 2017 in the 100 meter dash and the 4x100. . . has PRs of 12.5 seconds in the 100 meter dash and 25.9 seconds in the 200 meter dash.

University of Sioux Falls: Red shirted, did not compete.

Personal: Is majoring in psychology and sociology with a minor in social work at CSP. . . aspires to be a child and adolescent therapist/psycho-therapist.
