2019: Competed in all six races for the Golden Bears in his freshman campaign ... ran the 9th fastest 4-mile in school history with a time of 21:19.21 at the Augie Twilight (9/6) ... finished 18th with a 7k time of 25:33 at the Bulldog Invitational (9/15) ... finished 118th with an 8k time of 28:13.3 at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/28) ... set a new season best 8k time of 27:15.4 at the Trent Smith Invitational (10/11) ... finished 44th with an 8k time of 27:33.76 at the NSIC Championships (10/26) ... ran the 5^th fastest race by a CSP first year runner in school history with a 10k time of 33:40.2 at the NCAA Central Region Championships (11/9).

DC Everest High School: 
Lettered 11 times for the Evergeens, including four letters in cross country, three in swimming, and four in track and field … a four-time state qualifier in cross country … earned All-Wisconsin Valley honors three times in cross country and was a captain … made the podium nine times at conference meets for swimming … was two-year swim captain and qualified for state in a relay … a state qualifier on the track in 2018 … posted PR’s of 16:25.5 in the 5k, 55.85 in the 400m, 2:04.37 in the 800m, 4:31.81 in the 1600m, and 9:52.84 in the 3200m.
