2019: Competed in four races for the Golden Bears ...
finished 79th at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/28) with an 8k time of 27:36.2 ... set a new season best 8k time of 26:43.6 at the Trent Smith Invitational (10/11) ... finished 32nd at the NSIC Championships (10/26) with an 8k time of 27:04.97 ... ran the 8th fastest 10k in school history at the NCAA Central Region Championships with a time of 32:39.5.
2018: Participated in four races for the Golden Bears … posted a time of 32.52.4 in the 10K during the Central Region Cross Country Championships (11/17) … ran a season best 26:20.5 8K at the NSIC Championship (11/3).
2017: Competed in the final five meets of the season for the Golden Bears … posted sub 28-minute times in all four of the 8k races, one of three Golden Bears to do so … posted his best time of the season with a 26:47.9 mark at the NSIC Championship, also a career best time.
2016: Competed in all six races in the fall … set a PR in the NSIC Cross Country Championships finishing with a time of 26:49.3 which is the 11th fastest race by a Concordia freshman in school history … finished 10th in the Ken Weidt Invitational with a time of 27:36.2.
Elk River High School:
Earned three letters each in track & field and cross country and was a team captain for each team ... an All-State runner ... an All-Northwest Suburban Conference athlete in track and cross for the Elks ... set PRs in the 1600m (4:38); 3200m (10:12) and 5k (17:10) ... helped the Elks program capture a Northwest Suburban Conference title, two section titles and two MSHSL appearances in cross country and a section title in track & field.
