CAREER STATS

Concordia Career:
2018: Participated in five races for the Golden Bears … ran his best 8k with a time of 26:16.7 at the NSIC Championship meet (11/3) putting him in 56th place out of 121 competitors. 

2017: Competed in all six meets for the Golden Bears … posted his best two 8k times of the season in the last two meets, finishing 15th of the 35 competitors in the Waxlax Invite (10/6) with a time of 27:13.1 and 35th out of 111 competitors in the NSIC Championships (10/21) with a time of 26:03.0.

2016: Ran in all six races for the Bears … set a PR at the NSIC Cross Country Championships with a time of 27:03.1 … finished 21st at the Bob Waxlax Invitational with his second best time of the year (27:40.1).

Elk River High School:
A three-sport athlete for the Elks, competing in golf (2 letters) along with cross country (3 letters) and track & field ... set a PR of 17:22 in the 5k ... an All-Northwest Suburban Conference honorable mention performer in cross country and a team captain of the Elks ... helped the program to a Northwest Suburban Conference title, two section titles and two MSHSL appearances.

Personal:
Will major in secondary education and social studies at Concordia.
