2019: Competed in four races for the Golden Bears ... ran the 8th fastest 4-mile in school history with a time of 20:43.7 at the Augie Twilight (9/6) ... finished 155th with an 8k time of 28:56.6 at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/28) ... set a new season best 8k time of 28:12.9 at the Trent Smith Invitational (10/11) ... finished 74th in the NSIC Championships (10/26) with an 8k time of 29:08.94.
2018: Competed in five races for the Golden Bears … posted his best 8k time of the season at the NSIC Championships (11/3), running a 26:54.7 and finishing 75
th out of 121 runners … ran the 8k and finished in 16
th place with a time of 27:19.9 at the Bob Waxlax Invitational (10/19).
2017: Competed five races in his sophomore season for the Golden Bears … posted his best 8k time of the season at the Waxlax Invite (10/6), running a 27:22.9 and finishing 18
th out of 35 runners … ran a 17:21 at the Crown College Invite 5k (9/1), good for 21st place out of 91 individuals.
2016: Competed in all six races for the Golden Bears … set a PR (27:36.1) at the NSIC Championships … finished the 10k Regional Championships with a time of 35:30.6 which is the 9
th fastest race by a Concordia freshman.
Elk River High School:
Involved in cross country, track & field and nordic skiing for the Elks ... eanred Rookie of the Year honors and was a team captain in cross country as well as the track & field teams ... an All-State competitor in track & field and member of the two-time 4x800m section championship and state qualifying relay team ... a two-time All-Northwest Suburban Conference performer in cross country, nordic skiing and track & field, also earning honorable mention honors in track & field ... helped the Elks to a pair of section titles and MSHSL appearances along with a Northwest Suburban Conference title ... set a 17:00 PR in the 5k; 4:29 mile and 1:58 in the 800m.
