Concordia Career:
2019: Competed in two races for the Golden Bears ... finished 246th in the Augustana Twilight Meet (9/6) with a 4M time of 23:01.2 ... finished 223rd and set a new personal record with an 8k time of 30:31.8 in the Roy Griak Invitational (9/28). 

McDonnell Central High School: 
A 12-time letter winner for the Bulldogs, including four each in cross country, basketball, and track and field … a three-team all-conference selection in cross country, where he also qualified for the state meet … also a three time all-conference selection in basketball and an All-County first team pick his senior year … four-time all-conference on the track, focusing on mid and long distance races … state qualifier in 4x400, 4x800, and 400, with a fifth place finish in the latter … part of WIAA state meet competitions three times in cross country, four times in basketball, and four times in track and field … posted a PR of 17:07 in the 5k and PR’s of 52.6 in the 400m, 1:58 in the 800m, and 4:44 in the 1600m.
 
Personal: 
Plans to major in exercise science at CSP with future goals of attending graduate school and becoming a physical therapist … his father ran track at St. John’s while his mother ran at Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
