Concordia Career:
2022: Competed in the 60m, 200m, 4x100 relay, 4x400 relay, 60m hurdles, and 100m hurdles for the Golden Bears ... finished second place in the 60m hurdles at the NSIC & Friends Indoor Challenge ... set a personal best in the 60m hurdles at week later with a time of 8.77 at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships ... finished second in the 100m hurdles with a time of 14.91 at the St. Thomas Tom Cat Invitational ... finished first in the 100m hurdles with a time of 14.54w at the WPU Statesmen Invite ... finished second in both the 100m hurdles and 4x400 relays at the Holst Invitational ... finished second in the 100m hurdles with a time of 14.27 at the Meet of the UnSaintly ... was the  runner-up at the 2022 NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship in the 100m hurdles with a time of 14.17.  

2021: Competed in the 60m, 200m, 60m hurdles, 100m hurdles, 400m hurdles, 4x100m relay, and 4x400m relay for the Golden Bears ... earned All-NSIC honors and broke the school record in the 100m hurdles with a third-place finish and a time of 13.92 seconds at the NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/13-15) ... earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the 100m hurdles ... named USTFCCCA All-America Second Team in the 100m hurdles ... finished 12th in the 100m hurdles at the NCAA DII Outdoor Championships (5/27-29) with a time of 13.34 seconds ... collected 27 top-five finishes on the season. 

2020: Ran multiple sprints and hurdle races for the Golden Bears during the indoor season ... collected 18 top-ten finishes across the 60H, 60m, 200m, and 4x400 ... earned All-NSIC honors with her performance at the NSIC Indoor Championships (Jeb 28-29) where she placed second in the 60H with a PR time of 8.78 seconds ... won the 60H twice this season with the most recent being at the Ted Nelson Classic (Feb 8) with a time of 8.87 seconds ... set a personal record in the 200 at the SDSU Holiday Invite and Multi (Dec 6-7) with a time of 26.93 and she placed 15th ... was a part of the 4x400 team to place 5th at the Minnesota Cold Classic (Feb 21) with a time of 4:17.42.

2019: Competed in a variety of sprints and hurdles for the Golden Bears this season … placed 30 top-ten finishes on the season, four of them being first place finishes … set a personal best in the 600 with a time of 1:48.74 at the SDSU DII Invitational (1/18), posted another PR in the 200 at the Mark Schuck Open and Multi (Jan 25-26) with a time of 27.72, ran a personal best in the 60 with a time of 8.25 at the Ted Nelson Classic (2/02), posted a PR in the 60H at the Parent’s Day Open (2/16) with a time of 8.97 … recorded a personal best in the 400H finishing in fourth with a time of 1:09.88 at the Minnesota Women’s Twilight (4/24), finished in first place and set a PR in the 100H at the Gustavus Alternative (4/26) with a time of 14.64. 

Augsburg University: Placed sixth in the MIAC in the 100m hurdles with a time of 15.25 ... finished as a All-MIAC honorable mention in the outdoor season ... part of the All-MIAC Sportsmanship Team in the indoor season.

Stillwater High School: Four year letter winner and captain for the Ponies ... has the fourth best time in school history in the 300m hurdles.

Personal: Undecided on a major at Concordia.
