th with a time of 1:53.18 … placed in all four of his events at the NSIC Indoor Championships, placing second in the mile while breaking another school record (4:12.14), second in the 800m (1:54.37), sixth in the 4x400m relay (3:23.08), and fourth in the Distance Medley Relay (10:22.29) … was part of the Distance Medley Relay that broke the CSP Indoor record at the Stinger Open with a time of 10:19.18 … took home three wins at the Central College Dutch Invitational, winning the 800m, the 1500m, and teaming up with Andrew Leck, Desmond Bassett, and Vantwon Melton to win the 4x400m relay … won the 800m race at the 2018 MIAA v NSIC Showdown with a time of 1:53.32 … added another win at the University of Dubuque Invitational, this time in the 1500m (3:58.98) … broke the CSP record in the 1500m at the Meet of the UnSaintly with a time of 3:49.85 … helped break the Outdoor Distance Medley Relay record at the Drake Relays (10:03.36) … finished the year scoring in three different events at the NSIC Outdoor Championships, taking second in the 1500m (3:51.51), fourth in the 800m (1:53.38), and sixth in the 4x400m (3:22.24).
2017: Competed as a mid-distance runner for the Bears … ran a 2:34.98 in the 1000m at the Ted Nelson Classic invitational … ran a 4:22.11 in the Mile run at The Showcase meet in a school record performance… finishing off the year with a fifth place finish in the 800 at the NSIC Indoor Championships with a time of 1:56.41 which was also a school record … also finished third place with his relay team in the Distance Medley Relay with a time of 10:28.67 which was another school record ... Ran a 3:53.66 in the 1500m at the Jim Duncan Invitational for a school record … Also joined up with a team of Bears to run another school record with a time of 17:44.01 in the 4x1600m at the 2017 Drake Relays … He finished off the season by placing fifth in the 1500m run and fifth in the 800m with a time of 1:53.97 at the NSIC Outdoor Championships.

An All-Metro East Conference performer in cross country and track & field for the Polars ... a team captain of the track team and MVP of the cross country team ... helped the Polars program continue its tradition of Metro East Conference championships for 11 years in a row ... set the following PRs: 1600-4:33; 3200-10:03; 800-2:00.
