Concordia Career:
2019: Earned NSIC Myles Brand All-Academic with Distinction Award Honors ... named CSP's NSIC Honor Student-Athlete of the Year ... earned USTFCCCA All-Academic Honors ... named All-NSIC Second Team ... ran the 3rd fastest 4-mile in school history at the Augustana Twilight (9/6) with a time of 20:43.7 ... finished 58th at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/28) with an 8k time of 27:16.2 ... finished 21st in the Trent Smith Invitational (10/11) with an 8k time of 27:00.4 ... set a new season best 8k time of 26:29.8 at the NSIC Championships (10/26) ...  ran the 6th fastest 10k in school history with a time of 32:32.7 at the NCAA Central Region Championships (11/9).

2018: Was named to the NSIC Fall All-Academic team … competed in four races for the Golden Bears … ran in the 10K at the Central Cross Country Championships (11/17) posting a time of 32:18.3 receiving 64th place out of 189 competitors … ran a personal best of 26:07.2 in the 8K at the NSIC Championship (11/3) finishing in 49th place out of 121 competitors.

2017: Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team … competed in all six meets for the Golden Bears … posted sub 27-minute times in three of his four 8k races … finished 18th out of 91 competitors with a 17:17 time in the Crown College Invite, finishing 3rd on the team in the 5k race … saved his best 8k time for last, finishing in 47th in the NSIC Championship, posting a time of 26:20.9 in the race of 111 runners.

2016: Competed in three races in his freshman season … won the Ken Weidt Classic with a PR of 26:24.4 … finished 4th at the Crown College Invite with a time of 27:10.0.

Mora High School:
Earned five letters in cross country (3) and track & field (2) ... also earned a pair of letters in academics and was a member of National Honor Society ... an All-State cross country runner as a senior and MSHSL Class A State Champion in the 3200 meter run ... two-time All-Granite Ridge Conference cross country runner ... earned All-Granite Ridge Conference honors and honorable mention honors in track & field ... named Most Valuable track Athlete and hardest worker award as a senior ... earned the Mustang Leadership and student-athlete award for cross country as a senior and was senior athletic award recipient for his class ... set a 5k PR of 16:28 and holds school records in the two mile run (9:37) and 4x800 relay team ... helped the cross country team win a pair of MSHSL team championships as a junior and senior and DII high school runner-up at the national championships as a senior ... member of 4x800 relay team that was MSHSL runner-up as a senior ... a three-time MSHSL participant for cross country, two-time MSHSL participant in the 3200 meter run and the 4x800 for track & field.
