2016: NSIC All-Academic … Competed as a distance runner for the Golden Bears … partook in the 800M, 1000M, 1500M, Mile and 3000M dashes … posted a career-best time in the 3000M dash with a time of 11:41.85 at the Minnesota Open on Jan. 16 … had a season-best time in the Mile run at the Ted Nelson Classic on Feb. 6 with a time of 5:34.57 … posted best 1500M dash time of the season at the Drake Alternative on Apr. 30 with a time of 5:10.00 while finishing 14th out of 34 runners … finished ninth at the Warrior Challenge on May 7 with a time of 5:16.46 in the 1500M dash.

2014: Competed as a distance runner for the Golden Bears … partook in the 800M, 1000M, and 1500M dashes as well as the Mile run … finished 10th at the Stout Open on Jan. 25 in the Mile run with a time of 5:51.23 … posted a career-best time in the 1000M dash with a time of 3:16.36 at the Minnesota State – Coaches Open on Feb. 15 … Had best Mile time of the season with a time of 5:37.30 at the Lake Superior Challenge on Feb. 8 … Added a career-best time of 2:29.94 in the 800M dash at the Holst Invitational on Apr. 12 … Posted career-best time in the 1500M dash at the Meet of the Unsaintly on May 3 with a time of 5:03.92.

Owatonna High School: Lettered in cross country… 4k personal record – 15:53…cross country team finished 2^nd in conference.
