2019: Competed in different distance races for the Golden Bears this season … tallied six top-ten finishes throughout the year … took first place at the Meet of USanity (May 3-4) in the 5000, finishing with a time of 20:18.80 ... placed in second place at the Minnesota Women’s Twilight (4/24) with a time of 5:12.96 … competed in the 10,000 at the 2019 NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (May 10-11) with a time of 41:57.05.
2018: Competed in different distance races for the Golden Bears in her sophomore season … tallied nine top-ten finishes throughout the year … put together two top-five finishes at the MSU Open & Multi, taking fifth in the 5000m (19:41.90) and contributing to a fourth place finish in the Distance Medley Relay (13:50.56) … set a PR in the 5000m (19:13.56) at the NSIC Indoor Championships … had a strong showing at the Central College Dutch Invitational, finishing second in the 3000m (11:08.05) and sixth in the 1500m (5:07.89) … recorded a PR in the 1500m (5:05.65) at the Meet of the UnSaintly, which was good for a fifth place finish … added another PR in the 10,0000m (41:00.20) at the NSIC Outdoor Championships.
2017: Competed as a distance runner for the Bears … Made her college debut in the mile at the Ted Nelson Classic with a time of 5:35.24 … Ran a personal best time at the Parents Day Open in the 3000m with a time of 11:07.99 … Also ran a personal best time in the 5000m at the NSIC Conference Championships with a time of 19:24.69 ... Ran her college outdoor debut in the 1500m at the MIAA vs NSIC Showdown running a time of 5:16.18 … Ran her personal best time at the Bear Cat Twilight with a time of 19:16.48.
Anoka Ramsey Community College: Earned a Nursing Assistant Certificate while attending the school.
Rogers High School: Lettered four times in cross country and four times in track and field for the Royals … three-time All-Mississippi 8 Conference honorable mention in cross country and once in track and field … set a PR and school record in the 4K with a time of 15:27 … set the school record with a time of 11:47 in the two mile, third-best in the conference … ran the Twin Cities Marathon in 3:30.47 and qualified for the Boston Marathon.
Personal: Majoring in Physical Therapy and minoring Exercise Science at Concordia.
