2019: Was named to the NSIC All-Academic spring team … competed in a variety of sprinting events for the Golden Bears … compiled 12 top-ten finishes throughout the year … was part of a first place 4x100 finish at the Gustavus Alternative (4/26) with a time of 49.59 … recorded a PR in the 60 with a time of 8.33 at the Ted Nelson Classic (2/02) … was part of a ninth place finish in the 4x100 at the 2019 NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (May 10-11) with a time of 48.47.
2018: Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team … competed in a variety of sprints for the Golden Bears in her junior season … compiled nine top-five finishes throughout the year … scored in the NSIC Outdoor Championships, taking part in the 4x100m relay and the 4x400m relay that took seventh in both events … recorded a PR in the 200m at the Tommie Twilight with a time of 25.83 … had a pair of top-five finishes at the Minnesota State Invitational, taking third in the 400 (1:01.47) and fifth in the 4x400m relay (4:11.69) … teamed up with Leah Amundson, Erika Shady, and Teghan Norman for a second place performance in the 4x400m relay at the Parent’s Day Invitational ... took home two first place finishes in the 4x100m relay and 4x400m relay at the Central College Dutch Invitational … finished second in the 400m at the University of Dubuque Invitational with a time of 59.58.
2017: Competed as a sprinter for the Bears … Ran a season best time in the 400m with a time of 1:01.61 at the SDSU DII Invite … At the same meet, she ran a seasonal best time in the 200m with a time of 27.43 … Made her college debut in the 600m with a time of 1:51.83 at the Minnesota State- Multi and Open Meet ... Made her debut in the 800m at the MIAA vs NSIC Showdown running a time of 2:34.76 … At the NSIC Conference Championships, she teamed up with a team of Bears to run the 4x400m in a time of 3:54.69 … She also ran a personal best in the 400m at the Conference Championships with a time of 59.38.
2016: Competed as a sprinter and mid-distance runner as a freshman for the Golden Bears … placed first in the 300M dash at the MSU-Chuck Peterson Open on Dec. 5 with a career-best time of 44.19 … ran a career-best time in the 60M dash at the Minnesota Open on Jan. 16 with a time of 8.37 while finishing sixth … had an Indoor season-best time in the 200M dash with a time of 26.91 at the Ted Nelson Classic on Feb. 6 … ran a career-best time of 1:01.59 in the 400M dash at the Parents Day Open on Feb. 20 which was good for seventh place … recorded a career-best time of 13.21 in the 100M dash at the Drake Alternative on Apr. 30 … placed seventh in the 200M dash at the Warrior Challenge on May 7.
