2016: Competed as a sprinter for the Golden Bears … participated in the 60M, 100M and 200M dashes as well as the 4x1 and 4x4 relays … ran a career-best time in the 60M dash at the NSIC Indoor Conference Championships on Feb. 26 – Feb. 27 with a time of 8.30 … recorded best Indoor season 200M dash time of 27.82 at the Ted Nelson Classic on Feb. 6 … posted career-best 100M dash time at the Carleton Relays on Apr. 23 with a time of 13.07 … posted a season-best time in the 200M dash with a time of 27.42 at the Warrior Challenge on May 7.
 
2015: Competed as a sprinter for the Golden Bears … participated in the 55M, 60M, 100M and 200M dashes as well as the 4x4 relay … helped 4x4 relay team finish third at the Falcon Winter Classic on Jan. 31 … posted a career-best time in the 55M dash with a time of 7.95 also at the Falcon Winter Classic … ran a season-best 8.42 in the 60M dash at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships on Feb. 26 – Feb. 27 … posted a season-best time in the 100M dash at the Holst Invitational on Apr. 18 with a time of 13.50 … finished the season with a career-best time in the 200M dash with a time of 27.39 at the Warrior Women’s Open on May 2.

Personal:
Majoring in psychology and minoring in education …  older sister ran track at Concordia and brother-in-law played football at Concordia.
