2015: Competed only during the Outdoor season as a multi-event athlete … competed well at the Emporia State Multi meet on Apr. 9 – Apr. 10 placing third in the 110M hurdles with a time of 15.55, took fifth in the 1500M dash with a time of 4:53.57, finished fourth in the high jump clearing a height of 1.85M (6ft, 0.75in) and finished fourth in the 400M dash with a time of 52.15 all contributing to his Decathlon score of 6053 and finishing in seventh place overall … performed extremely well at the Holst Invitational on Apr. 18 finishing first in the 4x4 relay, first in the 400M hurdles with a time of 55.08 and taking second in the 110M hurdles with a time of 15.12 … placed first in the both the 400M hurdles and 110M hurdles at the Bolstroff Twilight on Apr. 23 with times of 55.24 and 15.12, respectively … competed well at the NSIC Multi Championships placing third in the 400M dash with a career-best time of 50.17, placed second in the 1500M dash also a career-best time of 4:38.18 and placed second in the 110M hurdles with a time of 15.34 all contributing to his Decathlon score of 6176 and a fifth place finish … placed first in the 400M hurdles with a career-best time of 54.89 at the Meet of the Unsaintly on May 1 – May 2 … set career-best time in the 110M hurdles with a time of 14.93 at the Northern Sun Conference Meet on May 8 – May 9.
2014: Competed only during the Indoor season as a multi-event athlete … competed extremely well at the Super 8 Open and Multi meet on Jan. 17 – Jan. 18 placing first in the 60M hurdles with a time of 8.99, second in the long jump with a distance 5.71M (18ft, 9in), took first in the 1000M dash with a time of 2:54.04 and took first in the 60M dash with a career-best time of 7.39 all contributing to his Heptathlon score 4207 which was good for second place at the meet … took part in the MSU Mankato Multi and Open on Jan. 31 – Feb. 1 and placed third in the 60M hurdles with a time of 8.78, took second in the 1000M dash with a time of 2:54.98 all contributing to his Heptathlon score of 4553 which was good for third place at the meet … had an outstanding performance at the Lake Superior Challenge on Feb. 8 placing first in the 60M hurdles with a time of 8.44 and helped 4x4 relay team finish first as well … at the NSIC Indoor Multi Championships finished with a Heptathlon score of 4613 which was good for third overall.
2013: Competed as a multi-event athlete for the Golden Bears as a freshman … finished with a Heptathlon score of 4161 at the MSU-Mankato Multi and Open on Jan. 25 – Jan. 26 which was good for a sixth place finish … placed fourth in the 60M hurdles at the Bethel Invitational on Feb. 2 … finished fifth in the 1000M dash with a time of 2:54.95 at the NSIC Indoor Multis Championship on Feb. 10 – Feb. 11 … placed second in the 110M hurdles with a time of 15.59 at the Carleton Relays on Apr. 20 … finished fourth in the 110M hurdles with a time of 15.69 at the Hamline Unsaintly on May 3 – May 4.
