Concordia Career:
2020: Did not compete during the indoor season due to injury.

2019: Competed in multiple long distance events for the Golden Bears … started strong with a second place finish in the mile at the Minnesota Open (1/12) with a time of 4:34.43 … compiled eight top-ten finishes throughout the year … finished in third place in the DMR at the Bearcat Invite (Feb 8-9) with a time of 10:13.55 and posted a PR in the mile with a time of 4:28.78 … finished fifth in the 1500m (4:09.10) at the Central College Dutch Invitational (April 5-6) … finished in fourth at the Drake Relays (April 24-27) running with three other Golden Bears for a fourth place finish in the Distance Medley Relay (10:03.36) … finished the year with a 15^th place finish in the 1500m at the NSIC Outdoor Championships (May 10-11) with a time of 4:06.15. 

2018: Competed in six meets for the Golden Bears running in middle distance and distance races … part of the Distance Medley Relay team that broke the school Outdoor record with a time of 10:03:36 … compiled five top-ten finishes throughout the year … started the year with a third place finish in the 3000m at the Minnesota State Invitational with a PR time of 9:08.57 … finished fifth in the 1500m (4:05.81) at the Central College Dutch Invitational, while also setting a PR in the 800m with a time of 1:59.08 … won the 5000m race at the Dubuque Invitational with a time of 15:38.26 … tallied two top-ten finishes at the Drake Relays combining with three other Golden Bears for a fourth place finish in the Distance Medley Relay (10:03.36) and a sixth place finish in the 4x1600m (17:55.73) … finished the year with a tenth place finish in the 1500m at the NSIC Outdoor Championships with a personal best time of 3:59.98. 

2017: Competed as a mid-distance runner for the Bears … Ran a personal best time in the mile with a time of 4:31.02 at the Minnesota Open … finished off the season with a personal best time in the 1000m with a time of 2:36.34 which was good for ninth place at the NSIC Indoor Championships ... ran a personal best time in the 1500m with a time of 4:05.21 at the 2017 MIAA vs NSIC Showdown … ran another personal best in the 5000m with a time of 15:37.06 at the Holst Invitational … joined up with a team of Bears to break the school record in the 4x1600m with a time of 17:44.01 at the 2017 Drake Relays.

Elk River High School:
Earned three letters each in track & field and cross country and was a team captain for each team ... an All-Northwest Suburban Conference athlete in track and cross for the Elks ... set PRs in the 1600-4:38; 3200-10:12; 5k-17:10 ... helped the Elks program capture a Northwest Suburban Conference title, two section titles and two MSHSL appearances in cross country and a section title in track & field.
