Concordia Career:
2019: Was named to the NSIC All-Academic spring team… competed in the weighted, hammer and javelin throw for the Golden Bears … had 16 top-ten finishes … took first in the weighted throw with a distance of 17.09m at the Minnesota Open (1/12) … recorded a personal best in the weighted throw at the Snowshoe Open (2/15) with a throw of 18.07m, threw a career high 53.89m in the hammer throw at the Central College Dutch Invitational (April 5-6) … took fifth in the hammer throw at the 2019 NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (May 10-11) with a distance of 52.45m. 

2018: NSIC All-Academic … finished in the top-five six times throughout the season, including in both hammer throw and weight throw … set the CSP record in the hammer throw at the NSIC Conference Championship, reaching a distance of 163’ 10’’… set a personal record in the weight throw in The Showcase meet (2/9), with a throw of 54’ 9.25”.

2017: Competed in the weight throw for the Bears in the indoor season … threw a personal best distance of 14.29m at the Minnesota Open ... competed in the hammer throw and the javelin in the outdoor season … threw for a personal best distance in the javelin with a time of 38.43m at the Holst Invitational … he threw a personal best in the hammer throw with a distance of 48.60 at the Drake alternative meet.

2016: Competed as a thrower for the Golden Bears … took part in the shot put, hammer throw and weight throw … threw a career-best in the shot put at the MSU-Chuck Peterson Open on Dec. 5 with a distance of 9.92M (32ft, 6.5in) … took 15th of 30 throwers in the weight throw at the Ted Nelson Classic on Feb. 6 with a career-long throw of 13.46M (44ft, 2in) … placed ninth of 23 competitors in the hammer throw with a distance of 43.40M (142ft, 5in) … finished third and set career-best in the hammer throw with a distance of 44.23M (145ft, 1in) at the Warrior Challenge on May. 7.
