Cross Country:
2024: NSIC Elite 18 Award … NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … competed in two races for the Golden Bears … ran a season-best 8K of 28:20.2 at the NSIC Championships (10/26).

2023: Myles Brand All-Academic with Distinction ... NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … competed in all six races for Concordia … placed 31st at the NSIC Championships with a time of 25:40.6 which was the sixth fastest race by a CSP runner at the NSIC Championships (10/21) … tallied a personal best time at the Lewis Crossover placing 79th with a time of 25:16.2 (10/7) which is the fourth fastest all-time race by a CSP runner … finished in fifth place at the St. Olaf Invitational for the team’s highest finish of the season by any individual runner … placed 28th at the Augustana Twilight for the team’s highest finish at the meet (9/1) … finished in 163rd at the NCAA Division II Central Region Cross Country Championships.

2022: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence ... competed in five meets for the Golden Bears ... kicked off the season with a new personal best in the 4M with a time of 20:03.8 at the Augustana Twilight Cross Country Meet (09/02) to claim his highest finish of the season (39th) ... added a personal best in the 5M at the Iona Br, Paddy Doyle Meet of Champions (09/16) with a time of 27:25.6 ... recorded a personal best in the 8k with a time of 26:28.3 at the NSIC 2022 Cross Country Championships (11/05) ... tallied his final PR of the season at the NCAA Division II Central Region Cross Country Championships (11/19) with a time of 31:49.1 in the 10k. 

2021: Competed in six events for the Golden Bears ... set a personal best and led the team at the Augie Twilight 4m at with a time of 20:49.93 and 43rd place finish ... led the team and set a personal best in the 8k at the Lucian Rosa Invite with a time of 26:44.4 ... set a personal best at the NCAA Division II Regional Cross Country Championship in the 10k with a time of 32:32.5. 

2020: Did not compete due to season cancellation.

Track and Field:
2024: Myles Brand All-Academic with Distinction Award … did not participate.

2023: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence ... competed in the 800m, 1000m, 1500m, mile, sprint medley relay, distance medley relay and 4x400 medley relay ... tallied 17th top 10 finishes ...  finished first at the Spartan Opener (04/02) with a time of 1:58.50 in the 800m ... added another first-place finish in the sprint medley relay with a time of 3:38.85 at the Norse Invite (04/15) ... tallied his final first-place finish of the season at the Holst Invitational (04/22) in the 800m with a time of 1:58.89 ... recorded his lone PR of the season at the Emporia State Relays (03/23-25) with a time of 3:54.74 in the 1500m to claim third place. 

2022: Competed in the mile, 800m, 1000m, 1500m, 3000m, 5000, 4x400 relay and distance medley relay for the Golden Bears ... finished fourth in the mile and second in the 3000m at the Minnesota Open ... finished third at the SDSU D2 Open with a time of 4:19.92 in the mile ... set two personal best at the 2022 Bearcat Invite in the mile with a time of 4:16.04 and in the 3000m with a time of 8:46.47 ... finished second in the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:27.28 and third in the 800m with a time of 1:57.15 at the NSIC & Friends Indoor Challenge ... set a personal best in the 1000m at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 2:33.57 ... set a personal best in the 5000m at the Minnesota Open with a time of 1:53.49 ... finished second in the 1500m at the Meet of the UnSaintly with a time of 3:58.16 ... finished seventh in the 1500m at the 2022 NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship ... finished the season with 18 top 10 finishes.

2021: Competed in the 800m,1500m, mile, 3000m, 4x400m relay, 4x800m relay and distance medley relay for the Golden Bears ... established a new personal record in the mile at the Bison Open  with a time of 4:29.62 ... established a new personal record in the 3000m at the MSU Triangular  with a time of 8:57.37 ... established a new personal best and won the 800m at the Maverick Classic  with a time of 1:54.90 ... established a new personal record in the 1500m at the NSIC Outdoor Championships with a time of 3:57.82 ... collected 15 top-ten finishes on the season. 

Spectrum High School: 
Lettered in multiple sports and activities with the Sting including: cross-country, track and field, baseball, basketball, academics and the National Honor Society … was named All-State in cross country (2018) and in track and field twice (2018-2019), was named captain and All-Conference in track and field … was named MVP and All-Conference in both baseball and basketball … helped lead his track and field team to the Conference Championship in three consecutive years (2017-2019) … ran a 16:57 in the 5k, a 51.3 in the 400m, a 2:02 in the 800m which was a school record, a 4:46 in the 1600m and a 10:35 in the 3200m. 
 
Personal: 
Plans to major in Sport Management at CSP … has two younger sisters.
