Cross Country:
2024: Competed in three events in the 8K race … had a season-best 8K time of 27:26.0 at the NSIC Championships (10/26) … placed 103rd at the Lewis Crossover for his highest finish of the season (10/12).

Track and Field:
2025: Competed in the 400m, 600m, 800m, 1500m, mile, and various relays for the Golden Bears ... placed 17th in the 800m at the NSIC Outdoor Championships with a personal best time of 1:58.09 (5/9) ... set a personal record in the 400m with a time of 51.30 at the Rider/Bolstorff Invite (4/25) ... logged a personal record in the 1500m at the Hamline Invite with a time of 4:17.25 (4/5). 

Tartan HS: Competed in tack and field, cross-country and baseball … earned All-Conference honors in both track and field and cross-country … posted PRs of 1:59.02 in the 800m and 51 seconds in the 400m.

Personal: Majoring in exercise science at CSP … has an older sister.
