2024: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … competed in all five races … started his season with a personal best four-mile time of 20:04.8 to place 67th at the Augie Twilight (9/6) … placed seventh at the Lewis Crossover with a time of 25:50.2 (10/12) … recorded a personal best time of 25:20.0 to place 37th at the NSIC Championships (10/26) … finished 80th at regionals with a time of 32:27.5 in the 10K race (11/9).
2023: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … competed in all six races for the Golden Bears … placed 40th at the NSIC Cross Country Championships with a season-best time of 25:55.8 which was the ninth fastest 8K race by a junior at CSP (10/21) … placed 25th at the St. Olaf Invitational with a time of 26:41.3 (9/16) … finished the season with the second-best time on the team at 33:14.4 placing 105th at the NCAA Central Region Championships (11/4).
2022: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence ... ran in all seven meets for the Golden Bears ... tallied the highest finish of any runner with a 10th-place finish at the Bob Waxlax Invitational (10/19) with a personal best time of 25:29 in the 8k ... added a personal best in the 4M at the Augustana Twilight Cross Country Meet (09/02) ... recorded a personal best in the 5M with a time of 27:36.6 at the Iona Br, Paddy Doyle Meet of Champions (09/16) ... tallied his final PR of the season with a time of 31:17.3 at the NCAA Division II Central Region Cross Country Championships (11/19).
2021: Competed in six events for the Golden Bears ... set a season high at the Augie Twilight 4m with a 22:11.4 ... set a season high in the 8k with a time of 27:48.2 at the Bob Waxlax ... ran a 33:54.2 in the 10k at the NCAA Division II Central Regional.
Track and Field:
2025: CSC Academic All-District ... NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence ... competed in the 1500m, mile, 3,000m, 5,000m, and 3,000m steeplechase for the Golden Bears ... set the school record in the 3,000m steeplechase with a time of 9:21.17 at the Gary Wilson Invite (4/23) ... finished fourth in the 3,000m steeplechase at the NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/9) ... set a personal record in the 5,000m with a time of 15:17.30 at the NSIC Outdoor Championhips (5/9).
2024: CSC Academic All-District … NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … competed in the 800m, 1500m, 3000m, 3000m steeplechase and 5000m … finished seventh with a time of 9:46.77 in the 3000m steeplechase at the NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/9-11) … ranked 31st in the region in the 3000m steeplechase … placed third in the 5000m running it in 15:53.56 at the Mark Schuck Open and Multi (1/26-27) … added a personal best 800m time of 2:02.61 at the Meet of the UnSaintly (5/3) … also posted a PR in the 1500m with a time of 4:07.25 … tallied six top-10 finishes during his various events on the season.
2023: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence ... competed in the 800m, mile, 3000m, 3000m steeplechase, 5000m, distance medley relay and 4x400 medley relay ... tallied 11 top 10 finishes ... claimed first place in the mile at the Ice Breaker Open & Multi (12/09-10) ... added his second first-place finish at the Twin Ports Invited (01/21) with a time of 2:03.33 in the 800m, where he also set a PR in the mile with a time of 4:26.55 ... set a personal best in the 5000m with a time of 15:33.10 at the Chuck Peterson Open (12/03) ... added a personal best in the 3000m with a time of 8:57.07 at the Snowshoe Open (02/17) ... claimed a personal best in the 1500m with a time of 4:12.28 at the St. Thomas Tom Cat Invitational (04/07) ... notched a personal best at the Norse Invite (04/15) in the 800m with a time of 2:02.75 ... tallied his final personal best of the season at the Running on Hope Invitational (04/26) in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 9;35.23 to claim a third-place finish.
2022: Competed in the 3000m, 5000m, mile, and 3000m steeplechase ... set season best in the mile with a time of 4:39.30 and in the 3000m with a time of 9:08.82 at the Mark Schuck Open ... set a season best in the 1500m with a time of 4:20.71 at the USD Early Bird ... set a season best in the 3000m steeple chase with a time of 10:03.38 at the Minnesota State Open ... set a season best in the 5000m with a time of 15:50.99 at the Drake Alternative ... set a season best in the 800m with a time of 2:03.43 at the Meet of the UnSaintly.
Tartan High School:
Participated in track and field, cross country, nordic skiing and basketball for the Titans earning letters in track and field, cross country and nordic skiing … named All-Conference seven times including four in cross country and three in nordic … named MVP in both cross country and nordic skiing … won a conference championship in nordic skiing with the Titans and went to state for nordic skiing … was involved in NHS and DECA … set PRs of 17:09 in the 5k, 10:13 in the 3200m and 4:45 in the mile.
Personal:
Majoring in exercise science and communications with a minor in coaching … plans to use his degree to become a physical therapist … his younger brother, Josh, is also competing for CSP in cross country and track and field … his sister plays lacrosse at Hamline University.
