Cross Country:
2024: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … competed in all five races for the Golden Bears … placed 44th at the Augie Twilight running a four-mile race of 19:38.9 (9/6) … led the team at the Lewis Crossover placing sixth with a time of 25:47.1 in the 8K (10/12) … had the best finish of any Golden Bear at the NSIC Championships with a personal best 8K of 24:53.0 to place 24th (10/26) … led CSP at regionals placing 61st with a personal best 10K of 32:09.4 (11/9).
2023: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … competed in all six races for CSP … ran a personal best 8K at the Lewis Crossover with a time of 26:07.2 (10/7) … placed 51st at the NSIC Cross Country Championships with a time of 26:11.8 (10/21) … finished 32nd at the St. Olaf Invitational (9/16) … ran a personal best four-mile time at 20:29.3 placing 42nd at the Augustana Twilight (9/1).
2022: Ran in all seven meets for the Golden Bears ... collected his highest finish of the season at the Bob Waxlax Invitational (10/19) with a person best time of 26:13.5 in the 8K to finish 17th.

2025: All-NSIC in the outdoor 1,500m ... All-NSIC in the indoor mile ... NSIC All-Academic Team ... competed in the 800m, 1,000m, 1,500m, mile, 3,000m, 5,000m, and various relays for the Golden Bears ... finished second in the 1,500m at the NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/9) ... finished second in the mile at the NSIC Indoor Championships (2/28) ... set a personal record in the indoor mile at the Washburn Open with a time of 4:09.66 (1/31) ... ran a personal-best 1,500m at the Meet of the UnSaintly with a time of 3:48.09 (4/30) ... set a personal record in the 5,000m with a time of 15:06.19 to finished 15th at the NSIC Outdoor Chamionships (5/9).
