2024: Competed in all five races … started his season with a personal best four-mile time of 21:02.5 at the Augie Twilight (9/6) … ran a personal best 8K of 26:24.1 at the NSIC Championships (10/26) … finished the season with a 10K time of 34:20.3 at the NCAA Division II Central Region Cross Country Championships (11/9) … had his highest placement of the season at the Lewis Crossover in 80th (10/12).

2025: Competed in the 1,500m, 3,000m, 5,000m, mile, and distance medley relay for the Golden Bears ... finished 19th with a personal best time of 8:55.34 in the 3,000m at the NSIC Indoor Championships (2/28) ... set a personal record in the 1,500m with a time of 4:10.67 at the Meet of the UnSaintly (4/30) ... recorded a personal best in the 5,000m at the UW-Platteville Invite with a 15:32.90 clocking (4/11).
