Concordia Career:
2018: Competed in five races for the Golden Bears … ran the 4m with a time of 24:40.8 at the Oz Memorial (9/7) … ran a 27:58.7 8k finishing with his best time of the year at the NSIC Championships (11/3).

2017: Ran in five meets for the Golden Bears … finished 42^nd out of 191 competitors in the Crown College Invite (9/1) … had his best 8k time at the NSIC Championships (10/21), running a 27:38.9.

Stewartville High School: 
Picked up 13 letters, four in track and field, four in cross country and five in Nordic skiing for the Tigers … three-time All-Hiawatha Valley Conference in cross country while also being named All-Conference in track and field in 2015-17 … captain of the cross country team … named most improved on the cross country team in 2013 … set PRs of 17:06 in the 5k, 2:08 in the 800m, 4:50 in the mile and 10:27 in the two mile … helped the team to a section championship in 2016 and was a 2017 State True Team participant … is an Eagle Scout.

Planning on majoring in exercise science at Concordia and aspires to be a chiropractor.
