Concordia Career:
2018: Was named to the NSIC Fall All-Academic team … ran in five races for the Golden Bears …  posted a personal best in the 8K with a time of 28:12.4 during the NSIC Championships (11/03) … ran a personal best in the 4m with a time of 23:54.8 at the Oz Memorial (9/7).

2017: Participated in three races for the Golden Bears, all 8k’s … his best time of the year came at the NSIC Championship (10/21), running a 29:11.5.

University of Minnesota:
Ran for the University of Minnesota Running Club ... ran PRs in the 800M (2:01.83) and the 8K (29:58.2).

Albert Lea High School:
Lettered four times, once in basketball, once in cross country, and twice in track and field ... was part of the team that won the 4x800m at the True Team section meet ... has PR of 0:53.1 in the 400m ... 2015 4x800m MSHSL Class AA Honor Roll.

Personal:
Has a younger brother and a younger sister ... plans on majoring in sports management with a minor in business management at Concordia and aspires to work in professional sports after graduation ... a multiple Dean's List student.
