Earned four letters each in cross country and wrestling and three more in track & field for the Panthers ... team captain of all three programs as a senior ... earned All-Hiawatha Valley Conference in track & field and wrestling ... earned the Positive Mental Attitude Award as a senior in cross country and track & field ... posted a PR of 18:22.4 in the 5k, 5:01.02 in the 1600m, 2:11.42 in the 800m and 53.08 in the 400m during prep career ... helped the Panthers to Section 1A True Team first place finishes in 2014, 2015 adn 2016 with a runner-up finish in 2017 and fourth place finish in 2018 ... also led the Panthers to a second place finish in True Team at state in 2017, third place in 2015 and a pair of fourth place finishes in 2014 and 2016 ... Panthers have captured Sub-section 4A titles in four of the last five years, adding a runner-up finish in 2016 ... helped the squad to Section 1A titles in 2015 and 2016 with third place section finishes in the other three years ... Panthers had an MSHSL State runner-up finish in 2016 and a third place finish in 2015.
