2018: Was named to the NSIC Fall All-Academic team … participated in five races for the Golden Bears … ran a personal best in the 4m with a time of 24:37.5 at the Oz Memorial (9/7) … ran his best 8k with a time of 28:04.5 during the NSIC Championship (11/3).

2017: Participated in all six meets for the Golden Bears … finished 30^th out of 91 competitors in the Crown College Invite, running a 17:37 in a 5k race … his best 8k time of the year came at the NSIC Championship (10/21) as he finished with a time of 27:00.1, good for 70^th place.

2016: Redshirted due to NSIC transfer rules.

MSU Moorhead:
2015: Dragons placed 21st at NCAA DII National Cross Country Meet ... Bergen turned in a time of 27:29.

Richfield High School:
Earned two varsity letters in track & field, four in cross country and three in Nordic skiing ... named All-Metro West in track as a junior and in cross country as a junior and senior ... was a two time captain of cross country team and served as team captain one year on track team ... named MVP of cross country team as a senior ... helped lead 4x800 relay team to a Classic Suburban Conference championship as a junior ... helped lead cross country team to a Classic Suburban Conference championship title also as a junior ... graduated top 10% of class.

Plans to major in marketing at Concordia ... father ran cross country at Hanover College in Indiana.
