University of Sioux Falls: Competed in cross country and track and field for the Cougars … set PRs of 20:53.7 in the 4-mile an 27:38 in the 8k.

Saint Louis Park Senior High: Lettered in soccer and track and field for the Orioles … earned All-Conference honors three consecutive times in track and field … named All-State in soccer in 2017 … set PRs of 52 seconds in the 400m, 1:59 in the 800m, 4:05 in the 1500m, and 4:20 in the 1600m.
