Track and Field:
2022: Competed in the 3000m, 5000m, and 10000m for the Golden Bears in his junior campaign ... started off the season by finishing sixth place in the 3000m with a time of 9:57.44 at the Gene Glader Classic ... finished in third place at the Holst Invitational with a time of 34:45.61 in the 10000m ... finished fourth in 5000m with a time of 16:14.16 at the Meet of the UnSaintly ... set a season best in the 10000m with a time of 33:56.68 at the 2022 NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship ... had three top-10 finishes. 

2021: Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence in both the winter and spring ... competed in the 800m, 1500m, 3000m, 5000m, and 10,000m for the Bears ... set a new personal record in the 10,000m at the Holst Invitational with a time of 33:01.15 ... set new personal records in both the 800m and 1500m at the NSIC Outdoor Challenge  ... collected six top-ten finishes on the season. 

2020: Named to the NSIC All-Academic winter team ... ran in the 3000, 5000, and one mile for the Golden Bears ... set a new personal record in the 3000 at the Ted Nelson Classic  with a time of 8:59.73 and took 12th place ... recorded a PR in the one mile at the NSIC Indoor Challenge  with a time of 4:39.97 and took 19th ... finished in 9th place at the NSIC Indoor Championships in the 5000 with a PR time of 
15:28.43.

2019: Was named to the NSIC All-Academic spring team … competed in multiple long-distance races for the Golden Bears … recorded a PR at the SDSU Invitational (1/18) in the 5000 with a time of 16:07.52 … tallied two more PRs at the following meet, the Mark Schuck Open (Jan: 25-26) in the 3000 (9:21.93) and the mile with a time of 4:42.05. 

2018: Competed as a distance runner for the Golden Bears … compiled seven top-ten finishes throughout the year … started the year with a sixth place finish in the 3000m (9:35.51) at the Minnesota State Invitational on January 12^th … recorded a pair of PRs at the Stout Open in the mile (4:57.75) and 3000m (9:34.38) …finished fifth in the 5000m at the Central College Dutch Invitational with a time of 16:36.52 … finished the year competing at the NSIC Outdoor Championships, finishing 18^th in the 10,000m with a time of 34:14.66.

Cross Country:
2021: NSIC Fall All-academic honors ... ran in five events during his senior campaign ... set a personal best in the 8k at the Lucian Rosa Invitational with a time of 27:35.8 ... finished with a season best 25th place at the Bob Waxlax Invitational ... capped off his career at the NSIC 2021 Cross Country Championships with a time of 30:06.1 in the 8k. 

2020: Did not compete due to season cancellation. 

2019: Earned NSIC Fall All-Academic Honors ... ran in all six races for the Golden Bears ... ran the fifth fastest 4-mile in school history at the Augie Twilight Meet (9/6) with a time of 21:01.9 ... finished seventh at the Bulldog Invitational with a 7k time of 25:31 ... finished 91st at the Roy Griak Invitational with an 8k time of 27:46.5 ... set a new season best time of 27:20.9 in the Trent Smith Invitational 8k  ... secured a personal best 51st place finish in the NSIC Championships  with an 8k time of 27:46.2 ... set a new personal best with a 10k time of 33:02.4 at the NCAA Central Region Championships.

2018: Was named to the NSIC Fall All-Academic team …competed in all six races for the Golden Bears … ran a personal best in the 10K with a time of 33:13.4 during the NCAA Central Region Championship  … also ran a 26:23.5 8k setting a new personal best at the NSIC Championship  … finished in 13^th place out of 45 runners in the 8K during the Bob Waxlax Invite. 

2017: Competed in two races for the Golden Bears … finished 35^th out of 91 competitors at the Crown College Invite , running a 17:42 5k … ran a 27:41.6 at the Vic Godfrey Open, finishing 66^th out of 167 competitors.

Park High School: Lettered five times in cross country, twice in basketball and once in track and field for the Wolfpack … named team MVP three times while also being named team captain as a senior for the cross country team … earned All-Suburban East honors as a junior in cross country … has a PR of 17:00 in the 5k … also a member of Key Club and National Honor Society.
 
Personal: Plans to major in sport management and minor in Spanish at Concordia.
