Concordia Career: 
2022: Competed in the 60, 100m, 200m, 4x100 relay, 4x400 relay, long jump, and high jump ... took first in the long jump with a distance of 7.02m (23' 0.5") and second in the 4x400 relay at the Chuck Peterson Open ... set a personal best in the 60m with a time of 6.96 and finished first in the long jump with a distance of 6.99 (22' 11.25") at the Minnesota Open ... took first in the long jump with a distance of 7.04m (23' 1.25") at the Mark Schuck Open ... set a personal best in the 200m with a time of 22.89 at the 2022 Bearcat Invite ... set personal bests in the high jump with 1.95m (6' 4.75") and long jump with 7.16m (23' 6") at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships ... finished first in the 4x400 relay at the St.Thomas Tom Cat Invitational ... set a personal best in the 100m with a time of 10.73 at the Holst Invitational  ... finished second the long jump with 6.59m (21' 7.5") at the Drake Alternative ... finished second in the long jump with a 7.30m (23' 11.5") ... finished second in the 100m with a time of 10.95 at the Meet of the UnSaintly.

2021: Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team in the winter and spring ... competed in the 60m, 200m, 4x100m relay, 4x400m relay, long jump, and high jump for the Golden Bears ... earned All-NSIC honors as a part of the second place 4x100m relay team at the NSIC Outdoor Championships ... set a new personal record in the 200m at the Mel Tjeerdsma Classic (1/16) with a time of 23.28 seconds ... set a new personal record in the 60m at the Bison Open with a time of 7.12 seconds ... set a new personal best in the long jump at the NSIC Indoor Championships with a distance of 7.11m ... set a new personal best in the high jump at the NSIC Outdoor Championships with a mark of 1.90m ... won two events and collected 19 top-five finishes on the season. 

2020: Competed in nine meets jumping and sprinting for CSP ... named to the NSIC All-Academic winter team ... collected 12 top-ten finishes throughout the season ... set a personal record in the 200 at the SDSU Holiday Invite and Multi (Dec 6-7) with a time of 23.29 for 14th ... broke his high jump record at the SDSU DII Invitational (Jan 24) with a mark of 6'.75" for 15th ... posted another personal best at the Mark Schuck Open (Jan 31 - Feb 1) in the 60m with a time of 7.24 and placed 12th ... won the long jump at the Minnesota Cold Classic (Feb 21) with a personal best mark of 22'1.75" ... was apart of the DMR team to take fourth place at the NSIC Indoor Championships with a time of 10:17.84.

2019: Competed in multiple jumping and sprinting events for the Golden Bears … finished inside the top-ten 14 times, including six in the top-5 finishes … set a PR in the long jump with a distance of 21’10.25”which was good for third place at the Chuck Petersen Open & Multi (12/8) … took fourth in the high jump while also setting a PR with a height of 1.80m at the Minnesota Open (1/12) … posted a personal best in the 200 with a time of 23.55 at the 2019 Bearcat Invite (Feb 8-9) … posted a personal best in the triple jump with a distance of 40’6.75” at the Tomcat Twilight (4/18) … finished in 17^th place in the long jump with a distance of 21’1.25” at the 2019 NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship. 


2018: Competed in 14 meets in his first season with the Golden Bears, working as a jumper and a sprinter … finished inside the top-10 16 times, including nine in the top-5 … set a PR in long jump with a distance of 21’0.75”, good for third, at the Drake Alternative on Apr. 28 … also took sixth in the high jump and 15^th in the 200m in the event … took fourth in the long jump and seventh in the high jump while also setting a PR in the 200m with a time of 23.64 at the University of Dubuque Invitational on Apr. 21 … put up PRs in back-to-back weeks by clearing 39’4.5” in the triple jump on Feb. 3 at the Ted Nelson Classic and 5’10.5” in the high jump on Feb. 9 at The Showcase … grabbed two top-five finishes at the Stout Open, taking second in the 4x400m relay and fifth in the high jump.

Simley High School: Lettered four times in track and field, three times in football and twice in basketball for the Spartans … named All-Metro East Conference honorable mention in the long jump … has PRs of 20’11” in the long jump, 5’10” in the high jump and 54.44 in the 400m … helped the football team to a State Runner-up finish in 2014 … helped the basketball team to a section title and a trip to state in 2016.
 
Personal: Plans to major in business management at Concordia … his cousin was a member of Concordia’s football team from 2002-06.
