Earned five letters as a two-sport prep athlete in football (3) and wrestling (2) ... also played baseball as a freshman and sophomore ... career totals were 109 tackles, 11 tackles for loss, seven hurries, two sacks and two interceptions ... held a 35-3 high school record. 2012: As a senior, played nose guard and outside linebacker while compiling 62 tackles (57 solo), 11 tackles for loss, five quarterback hurries, an interception and a pass breakup ... helped the Patriots to a 9-1 regular season record with only loss to eventual Florida 8A State Champions ... earned the Coaches Award for Defensive Player and the Lick of the Week award for best defensive hit in a game. 2011: As a nose guard and defensive end, registered 47 tackles, two hurries, a sack and an interception ... helped Patriots to a 10-0 regular season ... earned Defensive Player of the Week and Player of the Game awards during the season. 2010: Helped Patriots to an 8-0 record as he moved to varsity squad, earning first football letter while being named Defensive Lineman of the Year. 2009: Patriots went 8-0 during freshman year.
