2013: NSIC All-Academic Team … did not play due to season ending injury

2012: NSIC All-Academic Team ... made collegiate debut in season opener against U-Mary (9/1/12) and played in season finale at Winona State (11/10/12).

2011: Did not play.

2010: Redshirted, did not play.

Fossil Ridge High School:
A three-time letterwinner on the gridiron for the Sabercats ... was a 2009 All-Conference performer after earning 2008 All-Conference Honorable Mention honors ... holds the FRHS record for most career receptions (48), yards (742) and touchdown receptions (9) ... has second most receptions in a game (4), third most touchdowns in a season (3, three different seasons) ... was a two-time Academic All-State Honorable Mention selection ... also earned Academic All-State Honorable Mention honors once for basketball, playing three years on the hardwood.

Born February 4, 1992 ... son of Scott and Jennifer Ochwat ... has a younger brother, Collin ... will major in history with a criminal justice minor ... intends to pursue graduate school ... is a consistent Dean's List student ... has a number of relatives who have competed in collegiate athletics: Jessie Larson (North Carolina A&T softball), his cousin Dallas Davis (Colorado State football WR), his cousin Kyle Martin (Colorado State football linebacker), Cody Larson (Friends University baseball).
