An All-Central Lakes Conference performer in baseball and basketball was also the quarterback for the Otters' football team ... earned Academic All-State honors as a senior basketball player by the coaches association ... as a junior, struck out 73 batters in 50 innings with a 6-3 record and a 2.73 earned run average ... earned three letters each in baseball, basketball and football ... also involved in band and an organized lunch group called "Tummy Tuesday."
